Q: I’m curious about the autonomous vacancy identification feature—how does it work in practice?
Ans: Our basic approach is a committee of 4 well-known LLMs for that. Shortly, if they don't achieve consensus, team receives notification and resolve it manually, saturationg fine-tune data at the same time

Q: Also, how does the platform ensure the quality and relevance of the preliminary video interviews?
Ans: Actually, we do! We transcribe videos and match relevance of transcribed voice with Q using previously mentioned committee! If we can't extract voice or can't match meanings, we put it on manual rails

Q: Does it integrate with existing HR systems or job boards to find and track openings?

Is it connected to job data banks or is it meant for e.g. large companies to put all their open positions in the app for candidates to apply?Really interesting!  Curious: How do you deal with natural tech biases?  This is obviously a much older problem than AI, but it's also come into this space.  Things like racial or gender bias. when you add a job by copy pasting the job description, we use ai to extract the important things like ATS keywords, jobs and responsibilities

the processed job description is used to generate cover letters together with the resume with ai following a specified format

for resumes, you just need to have a rough idea of what you did in your job to give you a set of bullet points to use

right now I am looking into keywords, because there are chatgpt apps in the store that can rewrite your whole resume in an instant with the keywords@zengdamo the other new features will primarily be demand side driven. if more paying customers suggest features I will be more inclined to look into them

I am also using it to apply for jobs (dogfeeding) so in some cases of I find something is missing I can for sure add it

How accurate and detailed is this feedback typically?

Have you considered partnering with any tech companies to provide real job opportunities through the platform? 

Congrats on the launch!@kyrylosilin The feedback is really accurate. It tests the user on 20 parameter put into 2 broad categories: File Structuring & Code Correctness. These parameters range from time complexity, code adaptability to even usage of environment vars and constants file.

We haven't partnered with tech companies to provide jobs on our platform yet. It could be a future development. Please get in touch if you have something in mind.Hey, this is a very good initiative!

A ton, indeed! It's very difficult to identify great sources and companies that offer 100% remote and work-from-anywhere jobs due to the legal challenges that this implies and due to the fact that many companies tend to advertise themselves as remote when they instead apply geographical restrictions, so for us, they are not really that "remote".

There is also a big push to come back to the office from many big companies lately, so we hope that many other smart companies will understand the value of attracting all the amazing digital nomad talents out there. Many digital nomad talents have the skills to add so much value to companies, so we want to make sure we reward and advertise the smart companies out there that understand this!

From a technical perspective, we also had some challenges in fine-tuning our logic and making sure that it fits with our mission. the only irk i have - when you select a job type from the drop-down, it leads you to a lorem ipsum page and doesn't filter by the job type. also, would love to see an option to see the job description without leaving the search page.@macakmacak Thanks for flagging! This should be fixed now.
