The Initiative Foundation program, which has seen over 300 graduates since its inception in 2018, continues to foster local talent and entrepreneurship.

- Erica Cole: Owner of Brenda's Place, offering health and wellness services for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
- Aden Dekow: Launched Waamo Cafe in 2023, serving Somali tea, coffee, and light meals.
- Corey Evans: Founder of Opulent Visions, a custom embroidery business started in 2023.
- Shernovia Hinds: Aspiring nail technician, currently in training.
- Devin Hyde: Runs Hyde and Barrel Studio, transitioning from an online shop for plant enthusiasts to a retail space in St. Cloud.
- Latoria Martin: Owns Village Detail, a car detailing and cleaning business.
- Glentrice Montgomery: Plans to launch a business focused on outreach and support for formerly incarcerated individuals.
