What does AI's automatic classification mainly rely on? Is it based on the keywords mentioned in user feedback for classification? I'd assume you have a very good understanding on how AI works. I think many of you must also be also curious about this as well. 
AI's automatic classification is based on user intentions. User can edit prompt(which is already generated by our AI), use keyword and tags in the data, to train our model to understand what user intends to capture with a specific issues/topic. More data, better accuracy, and ultimately can pinpoint to specific feature based on training with all the existing feedback. 
Syncly AI does curate a list of trending themes based on your data from the get-go. Nevertheless, if user wishes to setup a taxonomy, it can also be implemented quickly with minimal training. It would be nice if you could make it clearer. And you certainly need a landing page if you wish more users to sign up. You can add more info into your "About" page and make that your landing page and separate the app from landing page. Also, make the info about pricing clear even if it is free.

You should be able to install flows into any JS based product if you have access to the codebase or can at least add scripts into the  tag.

The process is fairly straightforward:
1. Signup and create your organization and project
2. Install our SDK or load the script from a CDN
3. Set the domains you will be using
4. Create a flow in our editor
5. Publish it to your users 🎉

As of now we are in the same boat as every other tool -> you need to keep an eye out on breaking changes in your product and test that the onboarding flows work.
