I decided to invest time in responding to each review thoughtfully, addressing concerns, and thanking users for their feedback. Here’s what happened:

One quick question. Review and ratings are one such thing that are really really essential in the journey of making a good product. and founders often would/should take their own time in reading and replying to a review. Automating this task, while for the short term, looks good, as for it to improve customer satisfaction and overall rating of the product, but in the long run, if the founders (or the product team) does read reviews, and rely on an AI Agent to do this task, how are they gonna make the product better and what the customers want?

I am also curious to know if there is something like a "Reviews Summary" that gives a brief summary of all the reviews and also flags any potentials breaks or bugs being reported.

From my experience, the most important aspect isn't the form of the survey itself, but how to effectively reach the relevant users with it. Lately, I've been studying this area.

1. if you are sending this to your existing customers, set it up in their natural journey.
2. If you are doing market research, you can send it to a survey panel-- they can be expensive and most folks are paid by the boring survey. 

Question for you, should Theysaid provide a testing panel for you to easily tap into?Love that there's a way to go deeper on the feedback in real-time. So many times when I'm running a survey, I want to know more about what was said or selected—by then, it's too late! This is a really interesting solve.@kacy_boone1 Kacy, agreed. What you describe is called " NPS season" or " Survey season" where your customer facing teamss will pause what they are doing and reach out to get context from their customers. It is not a fun job and not helpful. because usually you are met with silence.

Re:pricing, we aim to make it accessible to all teams, always happy to chat.It looks good and complete, hence supporting. 

But I find it incredibly expensive and with unbalanced plans. I don't see many bootstrapped startups using it at those prices. An in-house, custom solution costs like one month and unlimited sources, search bar, but most of all: own brand. I understand you want and need to put your name out there, but when it comes to B2B SaaS white labeling is paramount, these days. You're charging a lot while mandating to advertise your product: that's a bad move, in my opinion. 

1000 questions a month end up serving 67 of your clients' customers or team members on average, and that adds up to 3 bucks per customer/team-member per month for your client: that's unsustainably high for most products ranging between 10 and 50 bucks per month, plus the number of clients served makes the "entry" plan insufficient pretty pretty quickly. 

A tip from a founder: Intercom offers one year on the highest plan (still cheaper than yours) for free to startups and it's no secret. Why one should pay 5k for your intermediate plan which still has limitations like white labeling and questions? Have you considered allowing to use OpenAI credits (also easy to get 2500 for free for startups which ends up being 6 months of your intermediate plan)? If you are catering to startups, you need to think like one, in my opinion.

Please, take this as constructive criticism, as I think Inkeep is a very good product with great potential and I am supporting it as such. But the prices and plans are not PHunters-friendly, in my opinion. Or at least not for me. A different thing might be if you only cater to enterprises, but based on your plans it wouldn't look like so.@fabiosalvadori Hey Fabio, you know what, we're scrapping the per-question pricing. Keeps things simple and predictable for teams. Updating the website as we speak, appreciate the feedback!
