Germany’s healthtech scene is currently thriving, with seven out of the eight healthtechs on the Sifted 100 list calling Germany home. This list ranks tech companies in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Central and Eastern Europe by their revenue growth over the past three financial years.

Since the start of 2025, German healthtechs have raised nearly €523m, with Berlin-based Amboss leading the pack with a €240m raise in March. This figure is just shy of the €690m raised by healthtechs from all other countries on the list combined.

Digital health companies are experiencing particularly strong growth, with only one startup focusing on longevity. Below are the fastest-growing healthtechs from the Sifted 100:

1/ Nelly

  • HQ: Berlin
  • Two-year CAGR%: 559.03% Nelly provides a financial operating system for medical practices to digitize the patient’s journey. Founded in 2021, it has raised €68m and is used by over 1,500 clinics in Germany and Italy.

2/ Avelios Medical

  • HQ: Munich
  • Two-year CAGR%: 199.68% Avelios Medical is developing an end-to-end operating system for hospitals. Since its founding in 2020, it has raised €35m.

3/ Nilo

  • HQ: Berlin
  • Two-year CAGR%: 182.84% Nilo offers an employee mental support platform, providing access to psychologists and mental health tools. Founded in 2019, it has raised €24m.

4/ Mybacs

  • HQ: Munich
  • Two-year CAGR%: 143.95% Mybacs develops gut health supplements like probiotics and vitamins. Founded in 2018, it has raised €9.34m.

5/ Kalia Lab

  • HQ: Berlin
  • Two-year CAGR%: 128.22% Kalia Lab creates personalized beauty and skincare treatments. Founded in 2021, it has raised €4.2m.

6/ Cansativa

  • HQ: Frankfurt
  • Two-year CAGR%: 63.27% Cansativa distributes medical cannabis. Founded in 2017, it has raised €13m.

7/ Partex

  • HQ: Eschborn
  • Two-year CAGR%: 44.22% Partex accelerates drug discovery with AI. Founded in 2017, it has raised €103.5m.

8/ Telios Care

  • HQ: Cluj-Napoca
  • Two-year CAGR%: 32.77% Telios Care provides telemedicine services. Founded in 2018, it has raised €2.5m.
