The integration would be used to plan adaption and exercise suggestion.Good idea. People with sedentary work and in this digital era always thumbing to their phones need this. Do you think exercises and stretches are sufficient for addressing the FHP or do we also need to work on our posture-related habits to see decent progress?@dimoire Definitely lifestyle changing how we use our phone and how we sit definitely related. The right stretching and strengthening will make you be able to control your muscle around your neck better and when you are mindful of your muscle. You will also be mindful with your body!
